Our products
​
We produce ham, sausages and cured meats exclusively from pork meat coming from our farm.
We process our sheep and goat milk to get pecorino cheese, ricotta, yogurt and a special curd cheese that we use for filled pasta...
We also produce the Cannonau wine, the digestive liqueurs, the tasty meats, the olives, the pasta and sweets that you can taste in our menu.
It is also possible to buy some of our products: please ask our staff for more information.
